A Comparison of GoFoods Chicken Cheddar Rice and Knorr Creamy Chicken Rice Sides
Moist, tender chicken-flavored tidbits covered with melted cheddar cheese nestled in a blend of creamy rice and vegetables. An added chicken breast or two can take this charmer to a whole new level of culinary delight.
Conclusions
It would appear the price of the GoFood product appears considerably more expensive, and it’s true. Like buying a bottle of wine, not all food is created equal. Boones Farm wine and a 2008 Spottswoode Cabernet Sauvignon are both made from grapes, right? But, there’s a big difference in quality. I believe it’s a pretty established fact you will always pay more for higher quality, and the lower quality cheap food is a major component in the lack of good health. And that’s the big difference here, in my opinion. Look at the ingredients… GoFoods is gluten free, no added preservatives, no hydrogenated oils, no GVO, and some pretty healthy things to boot.
I personally like the GoFoods Chicken Cheddar Rice, especially because it supports my effort to eat gluten free and reduce the amount of additives and preservatives in my diet. Seems to me a bonus is the higher RDA of calcium which has been shown to have allot of health benefits such as help in preventing a calcium deficiency that can result in something like 147 different diseases (Osteoporosis, arthritis, osteo arthritis, sciatica, lumbago, rheumatism, high blood pressure, Gingivitis, Kidney stones/bone spurs/heel spurs/calcium deposits, Muscle Cramps/twitches, PMS, and more.
